Concerns, attitudes, and opinions of meat buyers in Garanhuns, Pernambuco, Brazil

With the objective of identifying concerns, attitudes, and opinions meat buyers their relationship with choice place purchase (supermarkets, free fair, or butchers), 381 consumers in city Garanhuns, Brazil, were interviewed.
